Stayed here for 3 nights with my family, had a great stay. My room was great-sized and had a laptop-size safe, a sofa bed, and central heating. Enjoyed views over city. The staff were nice and affable and the location was excellent right across the street from subway station.

The hotel was located near to the grocery stores, Plaza Mayor and the Palace and other historical buildings, and metro and supermarkets. Particularly good and favourable location close to main attractions, met standard. Madrid City Center district was worth exploring.

Had the studio apartment and it was good-sized and fairly quiet with big windows facing the plaza. The cost was £ 134.

The location was fab - close enough to supermarkets, Plaza Mayor and Puerto del Sol and main attractions. Btw, a large urban plaza was placed just 1 km from the hotel.

We stayed in studio apartment with all facilities. A flat-screen TV, a safe, and a microwave oven where useful. The staff was very very helpful providing assistance. The location was marvellous - just 5 minutes' walk from a huge plaza. Furthermore, close to the center.

It had small beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Great location in the centre of Madrid, and 10 minute walk from a large urban plaza. And near restaurants, cafes, bakery's, supermarkets, bars & shops, the Palace and other historical buildings, and the metro station, shops.

I recently stayed at Mh Apartments in Madrid for a few days and I couldn't have been happier. The location was perfect, with a subway station just 50 meters away and a 24/7 supermarket just 30 meters away. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The modern design and attention to detail made it a unique and pleasant experience. Plus, having two supermarkets right underneath the apartment was incredibly convenient.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights, the staff was competent during all this time. It had very central location close to Centro. It was also just off bars.

The setting is great and brilliant, very close to restaurants, cafes, bakery's, supermarkets, bars & shops, metro and supermarkets and the centre, very lively area. The staff in general is very very helpful. Make sure to get studio apartment with bathrooms as well as big windows.

The location was marvellous and brilliant for walking around a vast pedestrianized public square. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.
